Ordinary Order Procedure

1. The customer enquiries
2. GT quote price
3. The customer place official purchase order
4. GT arrange production and set up production plan.
5. GT sign back the purchase order, GT sales staff follow up the order
6. GT issue production notice to factory. ( Must meet the following conditions:)
(1) For L/C payment customers, the L/C must be received in 1 month before delivery time
(2) For the T/T payment customers, the deposit must be in account.
(3) For credit customers, or pay by D/A
7. Inspection
(1) GT QC do the inspection in 1 week before delivery.
(2) When customer designate person to inspection, please make an appointment with GT in 1 week before delivery time.
(3) When customer designate the third party or surveyor to inspect, please make an appointment with GT in 2 week before delivery time.
8. Customs commodity inspection
9. Shipment booking
(1) If the customer designate transportation agency or the shipping company, please negotiate with us about the shipmet schedule in two weeks before agreed delivery time.
(2) if our company entrusts freight company or ship company, we will negotiate with customer about the shippment schedule in two weeks before agreed delivery time.
10. Arrange trucking

13. Prepare  other documents (the commercial invoice, country of origin, shipping notice, packing list)
